Social Work Day 2010 (HK) Video Creation Competition


In order to promote social workers’ participation, enhance the public’s understandingand recognition of the Social Work Professional, also to raise communities concerns on Social Work Day, the Organizing Committee organized a series of activities for celebration.

Video Creation Competition obtained great support from professionals in different field. Ms. CHEUNG Hung, the Director, Mr. FUNG Pak Yan, the Deputy Director of Social Welfare Department, Mr. CHEUNG Kwok Che, Legislative Councillor (Social Welfare Functional Constituency) were invited to be the Panel of Adjudicators.

The Creation of Video was well accepted and supported by our fellow social workers, over 100 workers assisted and work in coordination for making the video for promoting the Social Work Day. Please click the following links for videos.

The competition were recommended by Panel of Adjudicators with the principle of an encouragement for participants’ excellent attempts, each participant was given a Creation Prize and a commemorative Certificate.
