Social Work Research
In line with the theme of Social Work Day --- Alter the lives of the others, the Social Work Research focuses on the origin of social workers・ satisfaction and the public・s understanding and anticipation on social workers. The report of two researches would be published before 15 th April, 2008.

Social work is a people-oriented profession. In order to provide high quality services to our users, all social workers have to obtain their work satisfaction and enthuse over their work process. Research (I): The origins of social workers・ work satisfaction. The aim of this research is to investigate the origins of social workers・ work satisfaction and therefore understand the reason why social workers have passion and faith in their profession.

Research (II): The public・s understanding and anticipation on social workers. The aim of this research is to understand the public anticipation towards social workers. The research result helps us to provide more suitable services to fit the needs of the users.
